Roger Budds has been trading since the early 1970's, when he first began manufacturing injection moulded food and water bowls for caged birds, operating initially from his garage using a hand operated moulding machine. Demand grew, as did the market for other services, and this company evolved to become "R.Budds Precision Plastic Moulders” in the late 1980s.

Scott Budds background was in toolmaking, and after qualifying, he ran a business specialising in jigs, fixtures and multi stage progression press tools for the electronics industry. In 1996, the two companies merged their expertise and the joint venture became known as R&S Budds Limited, as it is today.

Roger and Scott are still at the heart of the business, and remain passionate about engineering and finding the most effective bespoke solution for each individual customer. They employ a team of highly qualified staff, specialising in the engineering, injection moulding and manufacture of both plastic and metal parts.
